Only animal I've been involved with in Colorado so far. Got our applications in on Monday to hope to get more opportunities in the future.

Just before:

A bit longer after than I would have liked but it worked out:

Picking the finished mount up from the taxidermist tomorrow!

Nice one good shot too , I was wondering if anybody was hunting in unit 80 or 81 this year with a muzzleloader and would like to hunt together or if someone that lives in those areas could give me some advice on hunting there

Typically, newcomers asking unit specific advice will get flack for doing so.

Don't have any photos of CO animals that ended up dead at my hands... that said, a certain handsome someone I know maaaay have introduced the camp raiding chipmunk to their recurve a few years back. But that's just hearsay of course 2024 Colorado Draw Results Thread (30)

3rd season buck from 2021 in NW CO.

I’m in for ducks and grouse this year. Probably a bear tag too! And if I’m lucky another 3rd season buck tag for this same unit.
