lady who did my nails was very nice but she made me bleed multiple times. nails are also different lengths and i spent 2 hours in this salon. i was supposed to get my nails done at 1;45 but i got into the chair at 2:20. my nail tech kept getting up and waxing people and doing other peoples nails and not putting me first. i've gone her many times before with my sister and this same nail tech made her bleed. although there are some very good nail techs i would not recommend this place.

First time going here with my daughter and I'm definitely coming back, my nail tech was Jenny, she was so nice and helpful. Pretty much she put me on a new favorite! I usually get gel sets with a rounded square tip, and this time i went with a soft pink and white hombre dip. She suggested a rounded coffin tip and I absolutely love it! I have big hands and have always been afraid of them looking so ugly but this finish makes my hands look dainty and pretty!
My daughter wanted some nail art but the tech didn't do it, (that's the reason for the 4 stars.) and she felt bad to let him know, she told me after the fact. She is 12, i told her to take this as a learning experience and to say something next time

I've been going to J-Nails for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Sam and Tim (and Nancy and everyone else there) all go the extra mile to make--and keep--their clients happy. They greet everyone in a friendly manner, have hundreds (maybe thousands) of colors, offer professional manis and pedis, and make it a point to talk to their customers during their services. It's so comfortable that customers even strike up conversations with each other. You leave feeling pampered and knowing that you got your money's worth. I don't need fancy chandeliers and a wine bar; all I need is J-Nails and its always great manicures/pedicures in a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks, J-Nails! You're the best!

Bad customer service... even after leaving a review they are still arguing I was wrong, that just supports my review.
They have no loyalty to their customers.
Obviously they communication issues because they refused to see my point. I did not under any circ*mstance request my service for "free" but, if I requested a particular service and did it receive it, a good business would of fixed it no questions asked. I received
