Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese cubed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 1 package frozen Spinach thawed and water squeezed out
  • One 14-ounce can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 Tomato cored and chopped small

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.

  • In a medium bowl, add sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, garlic, spinach and artichoke hearts. Mix well.

  • Spoon mixture into a shallow casserole dish.

  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese over top.

  • Place casserole in preheated oven. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until dip is hot and bubbling.

  • Remove from oven.

  • Sprinkle chopped tomato over top.

  • Serve hot (Be sure to warn your guests - dip will be VERY HOT inside!) with tortilla chips for dipping.
