I was a walk in on Saturday. Waited a long time over an hour. The girl did a great job taking care of my feet and legs. The actual polish was much to be desired. I could tell she was stressed. I took pictures while drying to see them up close. They really look terrible. I really think they should be redone for free.

I made an appt for 10am. Went to the shop and a female and a male were screaming at each other. It was my daughters birthday mind you. The male and female workers continued to yell at each other and ask what we wanted. When we told them they told us they couldn't do it so we left. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

these nails are not worth 225 dollars. and yes that it what i had to pay. totally unacceptable. will not be going back. this picture doesnt do justice to how bad it actually is. the design is okay and its been done okay but it left black residue bubbles under the layer of the design. felt very rushed and had 2 people working on hands at the same time. one had looks tolerable and the other looks horrible.

She didn't take off the old gel... She was talking on the phone while she was doing my nails. I asked her to remove all the old gel, she argued with me, saying something I really couldn't quite understand I have splits down the middle of two nails, she left them, not fixing or repairing them. Two days layer gel is peeling off on one nail. Sorry, I didn't find her kind or polite and certainly not professional. My nails are actually shaped nicely, and pretty even (french), but I have the splits down the center of two and some of the top coat on one nail is coming off already after two days. I understand we are all human, make mistakes, and have bad days. But when a customer asks you 3 times to remove the old gel, and you argue as if the customer is completely wrong and out of her mind when it's plain to see and feel, I ll go find someone else that may listen and not talk to her sister during my manicure.

I don't know why they have such bad reviews. Lily and Kevin are extremely hospitable, sanitary and professional. So glad to get my nails done when I'm in town. Comfortable chairs, vibrant colors, she even shaved my calluses! Great all around.
