This post and pictures were made exactly two weeks after my appointment. My nail chipped within the first two days. My nails were filed extremely thin, hence my pinky nail being completely torn off after hitting it on a car seat after the 4th day. My largest concern was the filing and now my pinky nail is permanently destroyed. My left hand pointer wasn’t placed correctly, it is bent, nor was my middle on my right. It is crooked. My first red flag was If I hadn’t been sitting in the front listening in they would’ve taken a no appointment over my appointment because I had a baby/toddler with me. The employees were really nice outside of that but never again. When my friends went, i never appreciated their painting skills in comparison of what they charge. LA would do a MUCH better job for these prices.

These ladies, gents there were really friendly and did an excellent job. They stayed late to make sure my full set and pedicure were done to a high standard. The prices were very reasonable and consistent with their great service. I would definitely come back again.

Went to get pedicures with my sisters for my birthday! I paid for a deluxe pedicure and my sisters received the basic. i noticed that through out my service as well as theirs the similarities between both the pedicures where identical their were just done in a different order… with the deluxe they advertise you get the orange and the lavander scrub, the two towels, and a longer massage…. How ever the massage I received was done half way and as long as my two sisters had theirs. they only received 1 towel however I received the 2 towels for the same amount of time to wipe off anything left on my feet, so it wouldn’t have made a difference to have just the 1 towel, she only did the 1 scrub on me and didn’t spend much time scrubbing my calluses at my heel. I kept letting her know that the lamp was turning off randomly so the nails couldn’t cure properly and she kept ignoring me until it was time to cure the next foot, she rounded the shape of my nails after I asked for square, after we addressed i didn’t receive the full deluxe service, when it was time to pay, the lady said that because of the “longer massage” it would have been a deluxe however she didn’t care to spend much time in her work and did the same things the other lady’s did in theirs, I spoke to my sisters and non of them where happy with the pedicures they received. They felt uncomfortable and it was hard for them to speak amougst to themselves peacefully…. And felt like everything was rushed…..

“Spa” pedicure/manicure with gel nail polish was very rushed and a poor job. I was literally done in less than 20 minutes. $77 total. I had lumps in my gel manicure. I asked for the lady to fix it and she made a poor attempt of sanding it off and then putting on clear coat again. The bump was still there and now had a spot from the filing. She told me it was fine. Only after I spoke with Vicki, the other lady was very rude and filed my nail again and layered on more polish. -I wasn’t offered a seat just made me stand there while she freestyled her “fix” Stay away if you like good service or only book with the Vicki lady.

I don’t even know where to start. I came in and the lady was rude. They were rushing me so hard to pick a color that I just got some random colors I didn’t even want. I got a basic manicure and pedicure $100!!!!!! I figured with a manicure I would at least get a hand massage… Nope. The lady who did my pedicure rushed so fast. I paid for a “deluxe” pedicure which is $35 which is fine, but I got that one because it said “extended massage”. She massaged for no joke less than 2 minutes. She got nail polish on my skin and didn’t wipe it off. I had to come home and rinse my feet because she didn’t rinse off all the salt scrub. She kept looking at customers coming in so I think she was in a rush to get to more people to make more money. It was so disappointing. I’m sorry but a basic manicure and a pedi should not cost $100. I was in and out of there in about 25 minutes for both services. Seriously go somewhere else. I usually do but was at target so figured I would give it a shot. Never again.

Rude and bad quality. Rather than covering my entire nail on multiple nails her response was I file it off. I don’t want a big chunk of my nail off. Did not file underneath when done so I had gunk under. When she took the powder off from my prior color she just ripped it and damaged my natural nail. No one seemed to care. Will not return.
